The best “Yay, You’re Here” bulletin board set depends on the look and coverage you need. The Carson Dellosa set is a strong fit for teachers who want that exact welcome phrase and coordinated accents; the ClassyWhimsy set suits a soft boho style, while the ojustbeok set adds rainbow cutouts and borders. Dunzoom offers dimensional paper flowers, and the separate rainbow banner is a simpler option for decorating a board or doorway.

Carson Dellosa We Belong Boho Rainbow Set
Best for: Teachers who want a coordinated welcome display centered on belonging. This 76-piece set includes a “Yay you’re here!” banner, a rainbow, clouds, bees, a star, a heart, a flower, polka-dot accents, and semicircle cutouts. The mix makes it easier to build a fuller display than a banner alone.
Choose this set if the exact welcome phrase and varied decorative pieces matter more than a large supply of borders or adhesives. The listed material is paper, so plan the display location and handling with paper décor in mind; no adhesive pieces are listed in the package details.
ClassyWhimsy Pastel Boho Welcome Set
Best for: Classrooms using soft boho colors and nature-inspired details. The set includes 16 border pieces, five large “HAPPY” letter cards, three “YOU’RE HERE” phrase cards, 13 decorative cutouts, 14 pennants, and five sheets of adhesive dots. Its imagery includes watercolor rainbows, books, stationery, and greenery.
It is a better fit for buyers who want the message assembled from cards alongside several kinds of accents. The product is described as sturdy white cardstock with single-sided printing and double-sided glossy lamination. Because the printing is single-sided, check placement before using pieces where both sides may be visible.
ojustbeok Rainbow Cutout Board Set
Best for: Buyers who want rainbow-themed cutouts and border pieces for a school display. The package includes assorted boho rainbow cutouts, 16 pieces of bulletin board borders, and 60 adhesive dots. The listed thick cardboard construction is coated with film on both sides, and the adhesive dots are included for mounting.
Choose this option if borders and dots are useful parts of your setup. The product details do not specify a complete “Yay you’re here” letter banner, so it may work better as a coordinated decoration set than as a ready-made phrase display. Check the package contents against your board size before planning the layout.
Dunzoom Boho Color Flower Decoration Set
Best for: Teachers who want a “I’m So Happy You’re Here” message with floral accents. The set includes 10 colorful borders, 14 leaves, nine large and small combination three-dimensional paper flowers, and 100 glue pieces. Its product description says the pieces can be used on smooth surfaces such as tiles, windows, classroom walls, and boards.
The listed surface film is described as waterproof, and the set is made from cardboard and paper. Choose it for a layered floral look; avoid it if your goal is a simple, flat banner with minimal assembly, since the three-dimensional flowers add decorative pieces to arrange.
Rainbow “Yay! You’re Here” Banner
Best for: Buyers who mainly need a prominent welcome phrase rather than a full board kit. This rainbow-colored banner has a glitter-print effect, with no loose-glitter mess according to its description. It is made from cardstock and has a waterproof surface; the product details describe it as lightweight and reusable.
Use it on a bulletin board, wall, door, window, or other listed display area. Each letter measures approximately 5.9 by 5 inches, and the star measures about 5.9 by 5.6 inches. It is a narrower choice than the full sets because the listed contents focus on the banner, not borders or a variety of classroom cutouts.
Buying Guide: How to Choose a Welcome Bulletin Board Set
Do you need a complete display or just the message?
Start with the amount of décor already available. A phrase-focused banner can add a clear welcome without duplicating existing decorations. For a more complete arrangement, compare sets by their included cutouts, borders, pennants, and adhesive pieces. The Carson Dellosa set includes a wide variety of accents, while the ClassyWhimsy and ojustbeok sets list borders and mounting dots.
Which style fits your classroom?
Rainbow designs offer bright, familiar color, while the boho options use softer tones, greenery, or floral accents. Match the set to the room’s existing palette and the display location. The Dunzoom flowers add a dimensional element; the Carson Dellosa set combines a welcome banner with assorted shapes.
What should you check before mounting?
Confirm the quantity and type of adhesive included, then consider the surface where the display will go. The listed products include adhesive dots or glue in some sets, but not all. Also note material and printing details: several sets use paper or cardstock, and ClassyWhimsy specifies single-sided printing. These details can affect placement and how the décor is handled.
