The best Ted Lasso office decor depends on whether you want a small desk accent, a quote for the wall, or a practical fan item. The 4-inch acrylic Believe sign suits compact desks, while the larger metal Believe sign and hanging “Be Curious, Not Judgemental” sign make stronger wall displays. The mug adds a usable touch, and Lead It Like Lasso is a paperback option for a shelf or reading area rather than a dedicated decor piece.

Believe Acrylic Desk Sign
This compact sign is best for a desk, bookshelf, or other surface where a small reminder fits better than a wall display. It measures 4 by 4 inches and comes with a wood stand measuring 4 by 1.5 by 0.8 inches. The listed design pairs motivational text with vivid imagery, making it a straightforward way to bring a Believe-inspired accent into a work area.
Choose this option if you want freestanding decor that is easy to place and store. Its small footprint is useful for crowded desks, but it may be too small to serve as a prominent focal point across a larger room. The product description does not specify wall-mounting hardware.
Large Believe Metal Wall Sign
This metal sign is best for buyers who want the Believe message to be visible from across an office or game room. Its yellow background, blue lettering, and blue border create a bold color block. The description lists a 12-by-8-inch size and four pre-drilled holes for hanging. It is made from hard steel and described as rustproof and weather- and UV-resistant for indoor or outdoor use.
Choose it for a wall that can accommodate a bright, high-contrast sign. The listed dimensions are 12 by 8 inches, even though the product name says 16 by 12, so check the size information before ordering. The description does not list included mounting hardware.
Be a Goldfish Ceramic Camper Mug
This 20-ounce ceramic camper mug is best for a fan who wants a functional Ted Lasso item at work rather than another wall decoration. It features a fish image and the “Be a Goldfish” quote, making the reference easy to recognize while using it for a hot or cold beverage. The listed care details say it is BPA-free, microwave-safe, and top-rack dishwasher-friendly.
Choose this mug if practical desk use matters as much as fan styling. It is drinkware, not a freestanding sign or wall accent, so it will not decorate a workspace when stored away. The product description does not provide dimensions or a handle-size measurement.
Be Curious Not Judgemental Metal Sign
This licensed Ted Lasso sign is best for fans who want a recognizable show reference on an office wall. Its “Be Curious, Not Judgemental” wording appears beneath a dartboard illustration, giving the piece a visual cue tied to the quote. The sign is made from lightweight, weather-resistant die-cut tin and is described as easy to display.
Choose it for a fan-themed office, game room, or other wall where a vintage-style sign fits the decor. The product information does not give the sign’s dimensions or describe specific mounting hardware, so confirm that the size and hanging method suit the intended space.
Lead It Like Lasso Paperback
Lead It Like Lasso is best for readers seeking a leadership-themed addition to a desk or office bookshelf, rather than a conventional decor item. The supplied listing identifies it as a paperback by Marnie Stockman and Nick Coniglio. Its connection to the Lasso theme makes it a possible companion piece in a fan-inspired workspace, while its book format gives it a different function from the signs and mug.
Choose this if reading material is part of your office setup. Avoid it if you specifically need wall art or a decorative object. The provided product information does not include a synopsis, page count, or physical dimensions.
Buying Guide: How to Choose Ted Lasso Office Decor
Do you need a desk accent or wall decor?
Start with the available space. The acrylic Believe sign is freestanding and measures 4 by 4 inches, so it fits a small surface. For a more visible wall message, compare the metal signs: the Believe sign lists four pre-drilled holes, while the “Be Curious” sign is described as lightweight and easy to display. Check dimensions and hanging details where they are not provided.
Which quote or reference fits your workspace?
Choose the Believe sign for a concise motivational display. The “Be Curious, Not Judgemental” sign puts a longer quote with a dartboard illustration, while the mug uses the “Be a Goldfish” phrase. Consider whether you want a bold show reference or a subtle item that can blend into everyday office use.
Should the item be decorative or practical?
Wall signs and the acrylic desk sign are primarily display pieces. The mug combines a Ted Lasso reference with beverage use, and the paperback adds reading material to a shelf or desk. If the workspace is shared, a functional item may be less visually prominent than a large sign.
What should you verify before ordering?
Review the listing’s dimensions, material, care instructions, and mounting information. One Believe sign has a product title that gives a different size from its listed dimensions, so verify the measurements carefully. For products without stated dimensions or hardware details, do not assume they will fit a particular wall or desk location.
