If you’re searching for a banana-yellow bench seat cushion, the Comcaver 48-by-18-inch cushion is the clearest color match in this selection. For other needs, the MTMR is a thick option for outdoor benches, the 42-by-16-inch cushion offers firm foam support, Olliwand is made to order, and MAGIC ELEPHANT uses shredded memory foam. Check your bench’s length, depth, and desired color before choosing; the listed products vary in size and construction.

Comcaver Yellow Outdoor Bench Cushion
Best for: Buyers seeking a yellow bench cushion with features intended for outdoor use. Its listed size is 48 by 18 by 3 inches, so compare those measurements with the usable seating area before ordering.
The product description highlights a TPU-coated waterproof fabric, solution-dyed color, and UV resistance. Two ties are included to help secure the cushion, and the removable cover has a hidden zipper. These details make it a practical choice for a porch swing or garden bench where a cushion that stays in place matters.
Limitation: The listed color is yellow, but the description does not specify a banana-yellow shade. Check the product images and color options if matching a particular hue is important.
MTMR Thick Outdoor Bench Cushion
Best for: Outdoor bench owners who want a thicker cushion with a tufted design. The product is described as 44 by 19 inches and approximately 4 to 4.5 inches thick; confirm the current listing dimensions before buying.
Its listed materials include a waterproof cover and PP cotton filling. The description also notes UV resistance and use on benches, porch swings, wicker furniture, and outdoor loveseats. Choose this if you want a generously padded option for a seat close to the listed dimensions.
Limitation: The provided details do not identify a yellow or banana color, and a thick cushion can change how much seat depth or back support remains available.
Natural Outdoor Cushion With Resilient Foam
Best for: Buyers prioritizing firm, shape-retaining support over a specified bright color. This natural cushion measures 42 by 16 inches and is described as filled with high-density, high-resilience foam.
The fabric is described as water-resistant and tear-resistant, with fade-resistance testing after more than 800 hours of laboratory UV exposure. Ties and a nonslip bottom are not listed in the provided features, so compare the full listing if securing the cushion is important. It is described for benches, porch swings, loveseats, and other seating.
Limitation: Water-resistant does not mean waterproof. The natural color is not a banana-yellow match, and its 16-inch depth may be too narrow for deeper benches.
Olliwand Custom-Size Bench Cushion
Best for: Buyers whose bench does not match standard cushion dimensions. Olliwand offers custom sizing for window seats, mudroom benches, dining benches, banquettes, and patio seating. The description says shoppers can submit measurements to create a tailored fit.
The cushion uses high-density resilient foam and is offered in multiple fabric styles and colors. Outdoor fabric options are described as helping resist moisture and fading, while indoor options are described as soft and breathable. Choose this if fit and selecting from available colors matter more than choosing a ready-made standard size.
Limitation: The listing details provided do not specify a fixed size or identify which color options are banana yellow. Confirm measurements, fabric, and color availability during customization.
MAGIC ELEPHANT Memory Foam Cushion
Best for: Buyers who prefer a plush seat made with shredded memory foam. The cushion measures 44 by 19 inches and is described for indoor and outdoor furniture, including loveseats, wicker chairs, and porch swings.
Its water-repellent Oxford fabric is intended to resist light rain, and the product description says the cushion is designed to stay securely in place. Select it if comfort and memory-foam fill are priorities and the dimensions suit your bench.
Limitation: The manufacturer states that the cushion is not waterproof and should be brought inside during heavy rain or kept out of prolonged water exposure.
Buying Guide: How to Choose a Bench Seat Cushion
How do you get the right fit?
Measure the bench’s usable seat length and depth, not just its outside frame. Compare both measurements with the cushion dimensions, and consider thickness as well: a thick pad may raise the seating position or reduce available back support. For unusual shapes or nonstandard measurements, a custom-size option may be more suitable than trying to make a standard cushion fit.
What does banana color mean for this selection?
Only the Comcaver listing is identified as yellow in the product name. “Banana” can describe different shades, so do not assume a listing’s yellow will match your furniture or decor. Review the listing’s color choices and images, and check whether the selected size is offered in the shade you want.
Should you choose waterproof or water-resistant fabric?
Waterproof construction is intended to block water more fully; water-resistant fabric is better understood as offering some protection, not complete protection. The Comcaver and MTMR descriptions claim waterproof materials, while the natural cushion is described as water-resistant. MAGIC ELEPHANT specifically warns against prolonged water exposure. For any cushion, follow the product’s care instructions and store it appropriately during severe weather.
Which filling and attachment features matter?
PP cotton, high-density resilient foam, and shredded memory foam offer different stated constructions, but the product details do not provide a standardized firmness comparison. Use the listed filling to narrow your choices, then check the dimensions and thickness. Ties can help hold a cushion in place; Comcaver lists two ties, while the natural cushion description mentions a nonslip bottom.
