Fun fabric shower curtains add color, character, or humor while providing bathroom privacy. The colorful checkered AmazerBath curtain is best for bright geometric style, while the cat-dinosaur design suits shoppers who want a whimsical focal point. Choose the nautical octopus for ocean-themed decor, the botanical floral curtain for vintage-inspired rooms, or the black ombre option for a more subdued graphic look. All five options measure 72 by 72 inches, according to their product names or listed details; check your shower’s dimensions and setup before choosing.

AmazerBath Colorful Checkered Shower Curtain
Best for: Shoppers who want a bright, graphic pattern for a kids’ bathroom, dorm, RV, or other casual space. The bold checkered design gives the curtain a playful look without relying on character artwork.
Made from 100% polyester, it has a lightweight, soft fabric feel, a weighted hem to help limit blowing, and a water-resistant surface that encourages droplets to roll off. The listing includes 12 hooks, making it a convenient choice for shoppers who need hanging hardware as well as a curtain.
Consider: The product description recommends using a liner to help extend the curtain’s service life. Choose this option if color and a weighted hem matter more than a simple, neutral design.
Leeisysme Funny Cat Dinosaur Curtain
Best for: Buyers who want an unmistakably humorous bathroom accent. The cat-and-dinosaur bathtub silhouette offers a more specific, novelty-driven look than geometric or floral prints.
The 72-by-72-inch curtain is made from 100% polyester and is described as waterproof, durable, and quick-drying. It includes 12 hooks and has metal grommets at the top. A weighted bottom hem is intended to help the curtain drape and stay in place. The listing says it can be machine-washed or hand-washed, and that light ironing can remove creases.
Consider: The design is highly whimsical, so it may be less suitable for a bathroom where a subtle or formal appearance is the priority. Select it when humor and straightforward care are key considerations.
Fungarth Vintage Nautical Octopus Curtain
Best for: People decorating a coastal, nautical, or ocean-themed bathroom. Its octopus-tentacle artwork brings a distinctive maritime motif, making it a more thematic choice than a general colorful print.
The 72-by-72-inch curtain is made of water-resistant polyester. Its product description highlights reinforced metal grommets for hanging and says hooks are included. The fabric is described as designed for regular use while retaining its vibrant colors.
Consider: The navy nautical artwork makes a strong theme statement and may not suit bathrooms styled around minimal patterns or botanical decor. Choose it if the ocean motif is central to the room’s look.
MitoVilla Boho Floral Shower Curtain
Best for: Shoppers who prefer expressive flowers and layered botanical leaves over novelty illustrations. The design is described as suitable for modern, farmhouse, and vintage-inspired spaces, so it offers a colorful option for several decor directions.
This 72-by-72-inch polyester curtain has a water-repellent surface intended to help moisture glide off. Its reinforced top is designed for straightforward placement on a shower rod and smooth sliding. The product details emphasize vivid color and a tailored appearance.
Consider: The provided details do not specify whether hooks or a liner are included. Confirm what accessories you need before ordering. This is the better fit when botanical color and a water-repellent surface are more important than included hanging accessories.
AmazerBath Black Ombre Fabric Curtain
Best for: Buyers who want graphic visual interest without a bright multicolor pattern. Its black-and-white ombre look is described as a fit for farmhouse-style decor and can provide a more restrained alternative to the colorful checkered curtain.
The 100% polyester fabric is lightweight and water-resistant, with a weighted hem intended to help the curtain hang in place. The listing says the surface helps water bead and roll away, and it includes 12 hooks.
Consider: The product description recommends a liner to help extend the curtain’s service life. Choose this design for a bold monochrome effect; avoid it if you want botanical color or a lighthearted illustrated motif.
Buying Guide: How To Choose A Fun Fabric Shower Curtain
Which design fits your bathroom?
Start with the room’s existing colors and decor. The checkered curtain suits a lively, geometric look; the cat-dinosaur option prioritizes humor; and the octopus design works best when nautical imagery is welcome. For a softer botanical statement, consider the boho floral. The black ombre provides graphic contrast with a less colorful palette.
What should you check about size and hanging?
Compare the listed 72-by-72-inch dimensions with your shower or tub area before buying. Check how the curtain attaches: some listings specify metal grommets, while others mention a reinforced top. The checkered, cat-dinosaur, nautical, and black ombre listings state that hooks are included. The floral listing does not specify hooks.
Do you need a liner?
Water resistance does not necessarily mean a separate liner is unnecessary. Both AmazerBath descriptions recommend a liner to help extend curtain life. The floral and nautical curtains are described as water-repellent or water-resistant, while the cat-dinosaur listing calls its curtain waterproof. Follow the product care details and consider your bathroom’s splash needs.
How important is easy care?
If washing instructions are a priority, the cat-dinosaur curtain is specifically described as machine-washable and hand-washable. The other product details supplied here do not specify washing instructions, so check the current product listing before cleaning them.
