For a decorative dupioni look, the Kelly Green Dupioni Art Silk covers are the closest match in this selection, while the Home Style case is the listed option specifically described as 100% silk dupioni. The Aiking Home covers offer a faux-silk alternative in sets of two. ZIMASILK is a smooth mulberry silk sleep pillowcase, not a dupioni-style decorative cover. Compare the size, material, and intended use before choosing.

Kelly Green Dupioni Art Silk Covers
These covers are the most direct match for shoppers looking for dupioni-inspired decorative pillow covers. The product is described as Dupioni art silk with a subtle slub texture and shimmering finish. A hidden zipper is designed to keep the closure discreet, and the set includes two covers in Kelly green.
Best for: Buyers who want a textured, colorful accent for a sofa, couch, or living room. The 16 x 16-inch size is clearly stated, making it easier to compare with existing inserts.
Limitation: The listing specifies art silk, not 100% natural silk. Check insert dimensions before ordering because the supplied details do not state an insert size recommendation.
Home Style 100% Silk Dupioni Case
Home Style describes this item as a 100% silk dupioni throw pillowcase made in India. It is the clearest choice in the selection for shoppers prioritizing a stated natural-silk material rather than polyester faux silk or art silk.
Best for: Buyers seeking a dupioni pillowcase specifically described as 100% silk. The listing identifies the color as Banana.
Limitation: The supplied product details do not provide dimensions, closure type, or quantity. Confirm the size and construction on the product listing before choosing an insert or coordinating it with other covers.
Aiking Home Brass Faux-Silk Set
This two-cover set provides a faux-silk decorative option in a brass color. The covers are listed as 18 x 18 inches and made from 100% polyester. The product description says they are tailored for 19 x 19-inch pillow inserts, a useful sizing detail for buyers comparing insert and cover dimensions.
Best for: Shoppers who want a pair of warm-toned covers with a silk-like appearance and a stated insert recommendation.
Limitation: These are polyester faux silk, not dupioni silk. The fabric is described as lightweight and thin, so choose another material if a heavier cover is a priority.
Aiking Home Sand Faux-Silk Set
The Sand version offers the same stated construction and sizing as the Brass set, in a neutral color. It includes two 18 x 18-inch covers made from 100% polyester faux silk, with the description recommending 19 x 19-inch inserts. The product is presented as decorative protection against dust and stains.
Best for: Buyers looking for a neutral pair of covers that can coordinate with varied room colors. The insert guidance helps when selecting the fill.
Limitation: The fabric is described as thin and lightweight, and it is not natural dupioni silk. Consider this distinction if texture or silk content is essential.
ZIMASILK Mulberry Silk Pillowcase
This is a queen-size sleeping pillowcase rather than a square decorative throw cover. The listing describes both sides as 100% 19 Momme Grade 6A mulberry silk, with a hidden zipper. It is presented as smooth, breathable, and naturally hypoallergenic.
Best for: Buyers seeking a silk pillowcase for a bed and prioritizing a smooth sleep surface. The stated dimensions are 20 x 30 inches, and the package contains one case.
Limitation: It is not described as dupioni silk and is not a decorative square cushion cover. Choose it for a bed pillow rather than a sofa accent.
Buying Guide: How To Choose Dupioni Silk Pillow Covers
Do you want natural silk, art silk, or faux silk?
Check the exact material description rather than relying on the word “silk” in a product name. Home Style states 100% silk dupioni; the Kelly Green covers are described as Dupioni art silk; and the Aiking Home options are polyester faux silk. These materials are not interchangeable. If natural silk content is your priority, look for an explicit fiber statement.
What size cover fits your pillow insert?
Compare the cover dimensions with the insert dimensions before ordering. The Kelly Green set is 16 x 16 inches. The Aiking Home sets are 18 x 18 inches and specify 19 x 19-inch inserts. The Home Style listing details provided here do not state a size, so verify it before purchase.
Is the cover for a bed or decorative cushion?
Decorative throw covers are generally selected by square cushion dimensions and room color. The ZIMASILK option is a queen sleeping pillowcase measuring 20 x 30 inches, so it serves a different purpose. Choose by intended use as well as material.
Which closure and color details matter?
The Kelly Green and ZIMASILK products specify hidden zippers. The supplied Aiking Home descriptions identify zipper closure, while the Home Style details do not state a closure type. Color can also narrow the choice: Kelly green, brass, sand, and Banana are the colors identified in these listings.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does dupioni mean in a pillow cover listing?
Dupioni refers to a silk-associated fabric style known for visible irregular slub texture. Read the fiber details too, since a dupioni-style listing may describe art silk rather than 100% silk.
Which product here is explicitly described as 100% silk dupioni?
The Home Style pillowcase is described as 100% silk and dupioni, and the listing says it is made in India.
Are faux-silk covers made of real silk?
No. The Aiking Home covers are listed as 100% polyester faux silk, so they are not natural silk.
Which option is sold as a set of two?
The Kelly Green Dupioni Art Silk covers and both Aiking Home color options are described as sets of two.
Can the ZIMASILK case be used as a decorative throw cover?
It is described as a queen bed pillowcase measuring 20 x 30 inches, not as a square decorative cushion cover.
